As the Director of Marketing at FPGirl.com, I led the creation of a new online user experience for our customers – engaging them in product decisions, contest and conversations. The new strategy shut down the server the first weekend it launched, exceeding every expectation.

In six months, girls submitted over 75,000 responses to polls and questions. Sales jumped nearly 500% and the results transformed the direction of the brand.
